The Need:
The product replacement cycle in the electrical appliance market is growing ever faster and product offerings are becoming more complex. Retravision has over 400 stores across Australia. Their geographic spread makes it extremely difficult and expensive for suppliers to reach and train sales staff.
The Solution:
Retravision partnered with PDM to install a managed network to deliver targeted advertising and product training. PDM are able to reach all or selected stores simultaneously and schedule training content before and after trading hours. Staff now have access to current product information on a daily basis if required.
The Results:
In an industry where product knowledge is vital, the RTV network ensures staff have the knowledge neccessary to gain a competitive edge in highly competitive market.
